- Development, design and manufacture of special design and technological solutions for automotive industries - Design and manufacture of special automotive components - Management experience of design and technological teams of up to 50 people

- Research processes in the engine systems, tests of units and assemble components, issuance of decisions on durability, reliability and service life; - Design and technological support for engines and vehicles production; - Search not standard solutions for production problems. Monitoring and elimination of units and components problem; - Research of costumer claims in relation to vehicle components; - Development of methods and procedures for production management, intended to improve products quality;

- Design and installation, commissioning and startup of assembly line and equipment. Development and implementation of technological assembly process, control of production documentation ; - Overall technical and technological support for production process ; - Control and carrying out of equipment customs clearance, preparation of documentation for the Federal Customs Service of the Russian Federation; - Сontrol of equipment characteristics and process parameters of its operation; - Collaboration with Department of Quality, prediction and elimination of any possible and existing defects; - Control over materials used during the assembly process; - Development of instructions for the operating personal, training and supervision of staff;

- Receipt and transfer of the vehicle to perform maintenance and repair; - Monitoring of the works performed and quality control; - Providing technical advice to clients of service station and buyers of the auto dealership; - Client base expansion. - Development of the range of services in the Service Center, procurement of equipment, tools and appliances

- Initiation and development of the in-house program called “Lean Production”; - Production development, development and feasibility study of the investment programs, introduction of new technologies and materials into production process; - Responsible for organizational issues, management of administrative office of the plant, reorganisation of document control procedure.

- Technological support for engine disassembly, assembly, repair and run-in; - Development of design documentation.
