I introduced the range of new products by closing the new contracts with suppliers countertops and intersectional panels from the stone composite (Company DreamStone http://dreamstone.ua/quartz/) and with suppliers of embedded and freestanding home appliances (the company Alcotec http://alcotec.com. ua). The result - an increase in the gross income of 45-80% in the first six months (depending on the period). I increased profits of the furniture shop through the implementation of the sale standards as a result of training and individual work with the staff, as well as through the introduction of a program of bonuses for employees (sales rose up from 300.000 UAH to 800.000 UAH in two months. In July 2009 and June-August 2010 the profit of furniture shop amounted more than 1,000,000 UAH, which was a record figure in the company's history).

There were regular winners of internal competitions for the best quality services to visitors. 6 out of 11 employees of my team during the year have been promoted to instructor. Moreover three of them over the next year have been appointed to the managers, and one of them has been appointed to the HR manager.
