Key achievements:
I improved the efficiency of the furniture shop by reengineering of some business processes (many processes have been automated, such as the process of sending orders to the factory or receiving complaints, the process of booking a certain installers team for a particular order (in accordance with the specified filter).
I introduced the range of new products by closing the new contracts with suppliers countertops and intersectional panels from the stone composite (Company DreamStone http://dreamstone.ua/quartz/) and with suppliers of embedded and freestanding home appliances (the company Alcotec http://alcotec.com. ua). The result - an increase in the gross income of 45-80% in the first six months (depending on the period).
I increased profits of the furniture shop through the implementation of the sale standards as a result of training and individual work with the staff, as well as through the introduction of a program of bonuses for employees (sales rose up from 300.000 UAH to 800.000 UAH in two months. In July 2009 and June-August 2010 the profit of furniture shop amounted more than 1,000,000 UAH, which was a record figure in the company's history).
