FUNCTIONS: - Management of the Repair Service personnel (20 employees) and contractors in the area of responsibility (up to 50 employees); - Setting short-term and long-term goals for employees in my division; - Immediately taking measures to identify and eliminate hazardous conditions and risks in the field of labor protection, ecology, industrial and fire safety, occupational health in the workplace; - Planning of the annual budget and control over the execution of the budget in the area of responsibility of the Maintenance department. Assessing the effectiveness of the use of financial resources in terms of achieving the goals and objectives, and checking their intended use; - Regular monitoring and reporting on Key Performance Indicators of the Maintenance Department. ACHIEVEMENTS: - Successful implementation of the ITP (Installation Test Plan) during the equipment commissioning period. As a result, the plant reached the planned production capacity - 90% Up-time of production lines; - From scratch, organization and launch of a warehouse for storage of spare parts, with the assignment of numbers of storage locations and division of goods and materials into categories; - Integration of the warehouse into the corporate SAP ERP system one year after the launch of the plant; - From the ground up, the organization of a repair shop with installation and connection of machine tools and infrastructure; - Installation and ongoing maintenance of 5S standards in the repair shop; - Reducing the level of equipment breakdowns from 10% to 5%; - Reducing the cost of services of contractors by 30% via the detailing of tasks in work order, preparing detailed instructions for regular maintenance tasks, as well as training and educating the personnel of the Repair Service in the field of servicing hazardous production facilities; - Implementation of a control system for contractors present at the plant in order to manage their safety and discipline. This resulted in transparency and information on high-risk work, increased discipline of contractors and work initiators.

Engineer / mechanic RESPONSIBILITIES and FUNCTIONS: - Organization of maintenance and repair of cranes, compressors, drum filters, ventilation and aspiration systems; - Monitoring compliance with safety requirements during contract work and issuing work permits for work with increased danger - Planning and budget control for the repair of auxiliary equipment (Utilities). - Monitoring compliance with industrial safety requirements at hazardous industrial objects. ACHIEVEMENTS: - Introduction of selective waste collection of raw and packaging materials. The goal of the project was to eliminate disposal costs. Before the project implementation stage, all waste packaging and raw materials were collected without separation in one volume and sent to the landfill. The organization paid annually more than 900 000 rubles for disposal. We bought plastic containers in different colors and installed them on production lines. Each container had a separate label: plastic sheeting, cardboard, cellulose, nonwovens, social waste. Training was required and given to operators and contractors, forklift drivers, and about three months of monitoring compliance with selective collection rules. Now it has become a part of production culture and allows the company to sell their waste; - Installation of a new shredder and press for the disposal of defective diapers. The goal of the project was to abandon the expensive services of a contractor for the disposal of scrap. Additional operators were hired and trained at the new local disposal site. The launch of the project took two months and reduced annual losses for disposal services by 800 000 rubles per year; - Implementation of daily management systems DMS Planning and Scheduling - tracking and analysis of the implementation of the production equipment maintenance matrix (Work Orders Compliance, Proactive vs Reactive), as well as DMS Breakdown Elimination - reducing downtime due to breakdowns, which allowed the company to achieve a sustainable results - PR-85% in the area of responsibility.
